Initial Inspection

Examine the security seal on the box.

1 Shield with warranty seal, 1 Connector, 1 Elevator, 2 M8 screws, 4 M8 washers, 2 Sling Attachment Washers, 2 M8 nuts, 1 M5 screw, 1 Spring.
Safety First

Before any handling, ensure your firearm is unloaded. Keep your finger off the trigger and always point the barrel in a safe direction.
Step 1
Connector Assembly
-
Screw Insertion
Insert the M5 screw into the connector's central hole.
2. Spring Installation
Fit the spring onto the M5 screw from the top of the connector.
3. Assembling the Elevator
Make sure the "lock tooth" of the elevator is positioned close to the plate.
Screw in the M5 bolt until the assembly is locked in place.

Step 2
Remove the protective film from the ballistic plate and check if the warranty label is intact.
Notes:
-
If the plate has a variable "window" height, choose the hole that best fits your weapon.
-
If it's not possible to assemble with the lower holes, take it to a qualified gunsmith for adjustments.
Attaching the Connector to the Shield:
Make sure the "lock tooth" of the connector is on the side closest to the plate. Then, tighten the M5 screw to secure the assembly.
Align the handles and insert the two M8 bolts and washers through the plate and connector. Secure with the M8 nuts.
Position the connector next to the plate, on the opposite side of the warranty label. Insert the bolts through the side of the label and tighten the nuts until the connector touches the plate.
Notes: Do not apply excessive pressure when tightening the screw. This could cause delamination and result in the loss of the warranty.

Step 3
Securing the Weapon
Make sure the weapon is unloaded. Hold the M5 screw by pulling it down and keeping it in that position.
-
Fit and insert the weapon's Picatinny rail into the connector's rail.
-
To lock it, release the M5 screw and gently pull the weapon back to ensure it is securely attached to the connector.
Ensure that the assembly allows for the full opening of the bolt and that the sight does not collide with the plate. A distance of at least 5 mm (0.20 inches) is recommended.
Note: The collision of the front sight with the bolt opening may damage both the sight and the shield.

Adjustable Window Height
Choose the hole that best fits your weapon, ensuring that the assembly allows for the full opening of the bolt and that the sight does not collide with the plate, leaving a minimum distance of 0.20 inches (5 mm).
If the bolt collides with the plate, consult a qualified gunsmith.
If it's not possible to assemble using the lower holes, take it to a qualified gunsmith for adjustments.
